About Me

Introduction
Hello! Please allow me to introduce myself! My name is Christine Doroslovac and I am a Certified Kinesiologist with the Ontario Kinesiology Association and Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer. I hold an Honours B.A. in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University and I am also Certified to teach Stott Pilates.

I am available to come to your home and conduct a detailed consultation and full physical assessment including range of motion, strength and balance testing, anthropometrics, orthopaedics, cardiovascular fitness, and functional assessments of movement and performance. I will identify, design and prescribe intervention strategies and implement an individualized fitness program for you while taking into consideration your individual fitness goals and aspirations.

If you have any injuries and are not sure how to exercise without further injuring yourself or would like to learn some exercises to help you recover from your injury I would be more than happy to help. If you are simply looking to learn how you can exercise safely and effectively in the comfort of your own home, I can help. No equipment is needed, just space!

I specialize in core stabilization and stability training, balance and coordination exercises, form and technique correction, postural evaluation and education, functional movement re-training, return to work programs, and sport-specific training . I have been working in the field for over 9 years now and absolutely LOVE every minute of it!!
